1. Our Commitment

At Amplloy, we want you to be completely satisfied with our portfolio builder platform. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure you can try our service risk-free.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Amplloy, including subscription plans and AI message packs. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Subscription Plans

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan ($1/month)
  • Yearly Plan ($10/year)
  • Lifetime Plan ($25 one-time)

If you're not satisfied with Amplloy for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

2.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@amplloy.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
  3. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  4. The refund will be credited to your original payment method

2.3 What Happens After Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • You'll lose access to the platform features (Templates, Drag & Drop, Figma Import)
  • Your portfolios will be available for export for 7 days before deletion
  • Unused AI messages will be forfeited (unless also refunded separately - see Section 3)

3. AI Messages Refund Policy

3.1 General Policy

AI message purchases ($0.20 per message, or packs like $2 for 10 messages, $10 for 50 messages) follow a different refund policy:

  • Unused Messages: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
  • Partially Used Messages: No refund for used messages, refund available for unused portion within 7 days
  • Fully Used Messages: No refund available

3.2 Examples

Example 1: Unused Messages

You purchased 50 messages ($10) but haven't used any. You can get a full $10 refund within 7 days.

Example 2: Partially Used Messages

You purchased 50 messages ($10) and used 15 messages ($3). Within 7 days, you can get a refund of $7 for the 35 unused messages.

Example 3: Fully Used Messages

You purchased 10 messages ($2) and used all of them. No refund is available since the service was fully consumed.

3.3 Requesting AI Message Refunds

To request a refund for AI messages:

  1. Contact support@amplloy.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. We will verify your usage and calculate the refundable amount
  3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

4. Subscription Renewals

4.1 Automatic Renewals

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to both initial purchases and renewals.

4.2 Renewal Refunds

If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal:

  • You have 30 days from the renewal date to request a refund
  • We will refund the full renewal amount
  • Your subscription will be cancelled

4.3 Cancellation vs Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time without requesting a refund. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. No refund is provided for the remaining time in your current period unless you request it within 30 days of payment.

5. Lifetime Deal Special Terms

5.1 Limited Availability

The Lifetime Plan ($25) is limited to 10 purchases per day. Once refunded, the slot becomes available again for other customers.

5.2 Refund Terms

The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies to Lifetime purchases. After requesting a refund, you cannot repurchase the Lifetime Deal for 90 days to prevent abuse of the limited availability system.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

  • Abuse of Refund Policy: Multiple refund requests or pattern of purchase-refund behavior
  • Terms of Service Violations: Account terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent Activity: Suspected fraud or chargebacks
  • Outside Refund Window: Requests made after 30 days (subscriptions) or 7 days (AI messages)
  • Fully Consumed Products: AI messages that have been completely used

We reserve the right to investigate refund requests and deny those that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback) instead of contacting us for a refund:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All data and content will be deleted after 7 days
  • You will be banned from creating new accounts

8. Refund Processing Time

Once we approve your refund request:

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days to process the refund
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days for your bank/card issuer to credit your account
  • Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If your card has expired or been closed, please contact your bank.

9. Currency and Transaction Fees

Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original purchase. Please note:

  • Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable
  • Payment processor fees are non-refundable
  • International transaction fees charged by your bank are not refundable

The refund amount will match the original charge, but your bank may apply additional fees.

10. Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Updates will not affect existing refund requests.
